Payment is required on or before the scheduled shoot date. An invoice with PayPal payment options will be provided, and cash or checks are also accepted.
Edited images will be delivered for download as soon as they are completed. Files are optimized for MLS use, with high-resolution, print-ready versions available upon request.
3D/360° tours are processed and hosted by a third-party service and can typically be embedded into property listings within 24 hours of the shoot.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee; cancellations within 12 hours will incur a $50 fee. A $75 fee will be charged if the property is not prepared or cannot be accessed at the scheduled time.
No cancellation fee will apply if severe weather makes travel unsafe. Exterior photos can often still be taken in light rain, with sky replacements completed during editing. Aerial imaging may proceed in drizzle at the photographer's discretion. If weather prevents exterior photography, interior work may continue, though a $40 return trip fee may apply when a second visit is needed.
Elite Property Visuals retains full ownership and copyright of all images. Clients receive a license to use the photos for marketing and advertising the property.
3D/360° tours will remain hosted for the duration of the property's active listing period.
